lovely stay with really good service
cute stafflobby pastriesperfect locationreplaced towels
the staff was genuinely cute, even offering a drink upon arrival. they were really knowledgeable and always ready to help with any queries. i especially appreciated the hot drinks and pastries available in the lobby, a lovely touch after a day of exploring (i definitely indulged!). the christmas markets being so close was a definite plus too.
i did notice swim towels weren't always replaced promptly after use at the pool. it would have been nice to have fresh towels readily available without having to ask.

the hotel is situated in a quiet area, that is still conveniently close to the basilica. i found it was only about a five-minute walk.

the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate , and it got quite warm during the day , even with the window open. i was told the climate control could not be adjusted . also , i had to pay for water , even when it was very hot , and there was no complimentary water available at reception.

breakfast had a great selection and the staff cooked omelettes to order. the rooftop bar was perfect after a busy day and the young lady running the bar was helpful. i recommend this hotel to others and would return. we had a great stay.
i noticed very slight water condensation dripping from the ceiling

the breakfast was excellent. it offered many delicious options! the staff were friendly. they made me feel at home
i thought the bar area was disappointing. it was small and only accessible through the pool area, very slippy? it wasn't really the sort of place to get a drink as it was a makeshift bar. seating was only available outside.
